Tariff for The Vean 2010

All prices include VAT

The Vean provides all the service you would expect from a five star hotel and is available fully catered or on a bed and breakfast basis.

Our Rates start from £80.00 per person Bed and Breakfast.

The maximum number of guests the Vean can accommodate is 16, however on occasions it may also be possible to rent other accommodation on the Caerhays Estate.

If you would like to be thoroughly pampered during your stay we  have our own in house Masseuse, who is qualified in Sports Injury massage, and a Beauty Therapist. Contact us on 01872 500025  or e-mail enquiries@caerhays.co.uk for your custom made package. We have a licence to sell alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own wines. We make a corkage charge of £8 per bottle. Broadband access and direct line telephones are available in all bedrooms,telephone charges are payable locally.

Basic Bed & Breakfast

Nancor  (master suite with dressing room)  £90.00 per person per night.

All other rooms £80.00 per person per night.

Luxury Dinner, Bed & Breakfast - to include a complimentary glass of wine before a three course dinner with canapés

Nancor  (master suite with dressing room)  £275.00 per room per night

All other rooms £250.00 per night

Simple Dinner, Bed & Breakfast - to include a two course meal.

Nancor  (master suite with dressing room)  £220.00 per room per night

All other rooms £210.00 per night

Prices are based on our standard menus. However, should you require an alternative menu prices are on application.

Single Occupancy - Single occupancy of any room will be at 75% of the relevant tariff.

Children’s Arrangements - Children staying in their parents’ room are charged 50% of the daily tariff. The full rate is charged for those occupying adult accommodation. Cots and Z-bed are available on request.

Exclusive Hire of TheVean  - Fully-catered

Exclusive hire of The Vean means that you have the whole house to yourselves.  On occasion self-catering hire can be arranged for short breaks. Please contact The Manager, Sally Gammell  on 01872 500025 or e-mail enquiries@caerhays.co.uk to discuss this further.

Exclusive Weekend Hire – minimum two nights  £3,880.00

Exclusive Weekend Hire - three nights £5,432.00

Exclusive 24 hour hire of the Vean between Monday and Thursday. £2,000.00

Exclusive Hire of the Vean for a full week (7 days) £10,950.00

These prices are inclusive of VAT and include a full English breakfast and three course evening meal.

Exclusive Hire of TheVean  - Lunch or Dinner Party Only 

Exclusive hire of The Vean  to include staff, £350.00

Separate quotes and menus are provided for the food.

Extras

We are licenced to hold Civil Weddings at The Vean and it is a dream location for such a once in a lifetime occasion. Larger wedding receptions can take place in a Marquee alongside The Castle.

Corporate events or business meeting with or without accommodation can also be catered for.

Transport can be arranged from Newquay Airport to the Vean or from Exeter Airport. The taxi can accommodate four people. A second car can be arranged.
