Refreshments can be provided throughout the day. Small conferences can take place at The Vean or in the Georgian Hall at Caerhays Castle where normal office facilities are available.

We appreciate that some business meetings need to be conducted in absolute privacy, and some high profile guests require exceptional treatment. In situations like these we are an excellent out of the way location with luxury accommodation, and security cameras. Helicopters can be arranged on request.

For Away Days and Corporate Entertainment we can provide clay pigeon shooting, with instruction, on the Caerhays Estate or sea fishing or sailing down the Fal Estuary on Fal Wooden Boats amongst many other activities. The private beach at Caerhays can be yours for laid-back beach parties and barbeques. In the evenings we can arrange musical entertainment from a ceilidh band to the classics, and Casino nights.
